Welcome to RawhideTV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RawhideTV website, streaming content, applications, services, features, forms, and other digital properties that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About RawhideTV
RawhideTV is a Western lifestyle media and streaming platform featuring programming and content related to Western sports, equine activities, agriculture, rural and country living, original series, news, stories, educational content, entertainment, events, auctions, and related subjects.
Programming and features may change, be added, removed, rescheduled, or become unavailable from time to time.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

3. RawhideTV Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the RawhideTV name, logos, branding, website design, graphics, original programming, written materials, photographs, video, audio, and other materials created or owned by RawhideTV are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party programs, photographs, video, music, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
Access to RawhideTV does not give you ownership of any content or permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publicly display, rebroadcast, or otherwise commercially use that content except as expressly authorized.
4. Streaming and Programming
RawhideTV may make programming available through its website, streaming applications, connected television platforms, mobile applications, and other distribution channels.
Availability may vary by device, platform, geographic area, technical requirements, or other factors.
RawhideTV does not guarantee that any particular program, series, live broadcast, event, feature, or service will remain continuously available.
Live programming may be delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, or cancelled because of weather, technical difficulties, event changes, rights restrictions, or circumstances beyond RawhideTV's reasonable control.
5. Content Submissions
RawhideTV may allow creators, organizations, businesses, event producers, and members of the public to submit content, program concepts, videos, links, photographs, story ideas, or other materials for consideration.
By making a submission, you represent that:
You have the right or permission necessary to submit the material;
Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
Information you provide regarding the submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
You have authority to communicate with RawhideTV concerning the submitted material.
Submitting material for consideration does not transfer ownership of that material to RawhideTV.
Submission also does not guarantee that RawhideTV will review, accept, license, purchase, produce, distribute, broadcast, promote, or otherwise use the material.
If RawhideTV wishes to distribute, license, produce, acquire, or otherwise make use of submitted programming or content requiring additional rights, the applicable rights and permissions may be addressed in a separate written agreement.
RawhideTV may receive similar ideas, concepts, subjects, stories, or programming proposals from multiple sources. The submission of an idea does not create an exclusive relationship or prevent RawhideTV or others from independently developing or presenting content involving similar subjects or concepts.
6. Feedback and Suggestions
If you voluntarily provide general feedback or suggestions concerning RawhideTV or the Services, RawhideTV may use that feedback to improve its products, programming, services, or operations without obligation to compensate you.
This section does not transfer ownership of submitted programming, videos, photographs, or other creative works covered by the Content Submissions section above.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Services
RawhideTV may be available through or interact with third-party platforms and services, including connected-TV platforms, mobile app stores, video technology providers, social-media platforms, advertisers, analytics providers, and other service providers.
Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
RawhideTV is not responsible for the operation, availability, policies, security, or practices of third-party services that it does not control.

When material changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
